Salary and Benefits IPPB Recruitment
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹30,000/-, inclusive of statutory deductions and contributions as applicable to GDS engaged as Executives.
Roles and Responsibilities of IPPB Executive
- Revenue Target Achievement: Ensure monthly sales targets of IPPB products are met.
- Customer Acquisition: Help in organizing events and campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and financial literacy.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for GDS staff on IPPB products and services.
- Collaborations: Work with Department of Posts Inspectors and Postmasters to drive sales of IPPB and third-party products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Acquire, grow, and maintain customer relationships, ensuring the promotion of IPPB products.
